How do you get to spin the wheel of chance on adventure quest worlds

you go to citadel then go right,middle,right,right,right you should end up in a room with a door go through it you should end up in Tercessuinotlim then you have have to go left,middle,top left,bottom right,middle,right,middle,right,right,left,left
then click on the person on the left
then click on his "!" button
then click on shop
then click on drudgen the assistant
then click on the pictures "!" button complete any of the quests that come up to spin the wheel
