Is it a anime of sly cooper

I'm presuming you mean the Sly Cooper video game series?

In which case, there aren't any separate animations than those from within the game currently out at the moment, thus i don't think they have, or will, make an anime based on the game's concept.

However i do know that they have made a couple of comic chapters from it =/
