All source engine games fail to start I used to play them but then garrys mod failed after that every single one failed I havent playes since and I want to again how do i fix this

Did you pirate garrysmod? I've heard of a trick garry put into garry's mod. If not do not panic, go to the steam support section of their website and post a query.
