Is it possible to have 3 followers on fallout 3. I currently have Jericho but i want Charon and Dogmeat and Jericho is it possible to have all 3

No it is only possible to have two followers (Dogmeat and another follower.) If you want advise, than you should go with Charon, hes killer with the combat shottie.
