How do you finish dragon ball z supersonic warriors 2 100 percent

first complete the Z battle. While playing the Z battle, you will unlock the Maximum.
To unlock new characters, you will have to play the story mode too. There are different levels in the Maximum zone. after completing everything, you will be given the the dragon balls to make a wish. After your wish the Dragon Balls will be scattered. your game will then be finished completely. to make another wish, you have to do the same process as done earlier.
