How do you recruit Kideo Hojima for Metal Gear Solid Peace walker

To recuit Hojima in Metal Gear Solid:Peace Walker, you have to go on the mission which you search for Zadornov (past the Peace Walker Battles) where he's hiding in one of the trucks. One of the trucks have Hokima in them. If you select that truck with Hojima in it, Snake will use the Fulton System on Hojima to extract him to Mother Base.
