How do you get past route Kannal in Half life video game

you come out of the lab and jump over the fence. to get past the turret go in the tunnel kill the cp's on it and use the turret to then kill all of the them go to where the vans are and then that is past the hard bit. sorry I gotta go play through a really scary level called we dont go to ravenholm
