Deathwing the Destroyer, formerly known as Neltharion the Earth Warder, is a Great Dragon Aspect. He is the lord over the Black Dragonflight, bound to the element of Earth. After his corruption by the Old Gods, his schemes went far and wide, especially through his offspring (Onyxia and Nefarion).
