Treefish are in the water at Pukapooka Beach. You need a fishing pole from the Petpet Emporium in Market Lane to fish there. Put the fishing pole on and stand close to the Water in Pukapooka Beach where you see fish floating on the surface and if you put your mouse over that spot you should see a red and white fishing icon. Try fishing, if it does work, more to the next fish shadow on the water and try to catch that.
