How do you install patch 1.8 or something like that on Call of Duty World at War PC to get to der riese

you get der riese in either 1.6 or 1.7 =) go to bulletproof nerds, that's where i got all my patches, oh and you have to do 1.1-1.6 first in order =) hope this helps!
