Will World of Warcraft have paid character race changes at the start of Cataclysm

Currently, it is already possible to do an entire character customisation, including race and even faction change. Since this is already available, it will unlikely be a special feature in Cataclysm. It is possible that race changes to a Goblin and Worgen are disabled for some time into Cataclysm, however.
