Can aran earn enough skill points to master all of his skills in his or her first job

Well I really don't know but I think not...
My bro(6 years old) has an Aran and he didn't do all the Beginner Aran quests so I did some of them because he leveled up to level 30 and he had skill points but he mastered all the nooby Aran skills so I got him one more skill but I didn't master that...
