Where do you find the Lapis Lazuli tablet in Endless Ocean Blue world

there are 2 off the top off my head.
1: valka castle swim into mermaids ballroom and past the throne into the door. it leaves a note about a key on the throne. i forget what it says exactly. Pulsar the Luna lionfish and grab the key (the sparkling place). go back to the door and use the key. next go to the book shelf and clck on the sparkling place. chose to examine the book. a secret door opens! unfortunetly the one you came through closes. go in the secret door. go to the sparkle and click. go to the desk. Another sparkle! click and oceanna says 123 push! click a and your out!
2: cortica river upstream go to the frogs and click on the right twice then left then right then left. go in and your in the twilight temple. swim straight into a small room. go to the desklike thingie and click the sparkle!
