Why do MMO players have a high tendency to be jerks

MMOs take a lot of *time* to be good at. That's all it takes, time. If someone has that kind of time to devote to an MMO, it means they have nothing better in their life to do. This means they are unhappy, sad people without a purpose, and without anything in real life to keep them busy. This makes them unhappy, angry jerks.
