How To Replay a level from Assassins Creed 2

Press start then go to DNA or something that brings you to a time line then go to the time line of the level you want to play. When you are loaded into the time line of your level you go to the starting place of the level.(somtimes you talk to a person or something, it shows the positions of events on map)
