In mass effect 2 how much paragon do you need to tell Miranda and jack to both back off

You need 75% paragon/renegade to tell them both. If you have messed up, you need 100% paragon/renegade to get them to like you again. So it's best to have the 75% by that time, so neither of them die in the final mission.
