Where are the time trials in Megaman battle network 3

Before getting into this, beat Serenade, otherwise it's pointless. Having done that, merely jack out and back in and there will be purple navis all over the place (the Secret Area) asking you to do stuff. Like kill navis with extra folders in short periods of time.
