Being a human, Dino's body temperature is 98.6oF (or about 37oC) or thereabouts, unless he has a fever or is suffering from hypothermia, in which case his body temperature could be slightly warmer or cooler, respectively. But he certainly wouldn't be any hotter than 110oF, nor colder than 80oF.
