You went through the maze on saddle isle and you still cant find the second clue for the blue dragons quest

It's hard to explain on here. You may have better luck asking in global if someone can show you. But I'll try to explain it. When you first enter the maze, near the pond, there is a stump. use your magnifying glass on the stump. That isn't the right one, however, but keep using the magnifying glass on any single stumps you come across as you go through the maze. Eventually you will come across one that says you need to go 70 paces. Keep counting until a little after that. You will be in the general area of the clue.
