You just downloaded fallout 3 via torrent you had to mount an image with daemon tools and it works fine but how do you add a mod. it just says that there isnt enough disk space in the fallout 3 folder

try connecting your fallout 3 folder to a new folder and if that doest work open the fallout folder and delete some stuff you don't need like some sounds
