How do you know if your pregnant in sims2 double deluxe

There are three ways to check:

1. Once your two sims have "Tried For Baby" if the woman is pregnant a lullaby should play.
2. If you missed the lullaby you can find out that she is pregnant because she will begin to throw up in the toilet and she will get a think bubble with a baby dummy in it.
3. You can also know if she is pregnant because her stomach will get bigger.
