Is 512ram enough for assassin creed 2

Short version with an answer - I don't believe so, sorry.

Long version without an answer- I have 2G of RAM (another 4G dedicated to ReadyBoost on Windows 7), an AMD64x2 CPU and a 512M PCI-E graphics card. The game is installed on a different drive with the swap file on another drive exclusive for its use. My system is well maintained, well defragged and about as overclocked as I can get it without turning it into a room heater. Assassin's Creed II runs very poorly with all the graphics features turned on. I had to turn down some features and screen resolution to play the game at full speed, but it was satisfactory to say the least.
