How do you get rid of the Snorlax in heartgold

Like the old games, your going to have to go to celadon(through the underground passage west of Lavendar town), beat team rocket in the game corner and get silph scope, finish Pokemon tower and save the spirit of the Marowak, get the poke flute from Mr.Pokemon and then use the flute to wake up Snorlax.
