How do you redeem your points on Lockerz.com if it always says more soon

Once a month, usually near the end of it, there is a "redemption" where at an undisclosed time of the day you are allowed to "redeem" anything you want, but because Lockerz is currently in beta there is rarely enough time to get what you want.
