From 3-way Road Split (the really huge map in between lith harbor, kerning city and henesys on Victoria island) go to the top right hand portal to the kerning way. Now you're in Kerning City: Middle Forest I. Go up to the top middle portal to go to Middle Forest II and up once more to Middle Forest III. Good luck finding it!
