Can someone give a brief description of the Final Fantasy 7 story line

Basically, an ex-SOLDIER named Cloud is hired by a rebel group AVALANCHE. He helps them destroy mako reactors in Midgar, but soon escapes, following Sephiroth. They meet new characters along the way, and Cloud tells them of when Sephiroth burned his hometown. Latter, the Black Materia is found, and Cloud begins to lose his mind- Literally. He almost kills Aris, and gives Sephiroth the Black Materia. Sephiroth summons Meteor then Aris summoned Holy to stop Meteor, which Sephiroth summoned. Then, Cloud and his team try to stop the Weapons from destroying the planet. By this time, Cloud has tryied to kill Aris again. Then Sephiroth kills her, and leads Cloud to following him into the Planets Core. There, Cloud kills Sephiroth, and Holy stops Meteor, but not before Midgar is destroyed. At the end, pups with Red XIII are shown, showing that life has continued after the events prior. And that, in short, is Final Fantasy VII.
