Does Marcus die in gears of war three

No word has really been said about GoW3 yet. They will not release a spoiler like that until the game is released.

As for my theory, the Gears Of War Franchise has expanded larger than just the trilogy. The book series will go on after the trilogy, as well as spin-off games. I don't think Marcus will die in the next game but I am expecting a main character to be killed off. It just feels time *COUGH* Baird *COUGH* ;)
