On Elder scrolls 3 Morrowind GOTY edition how do you get that hammer in the museum of artifacts
First, find the two fists of Randagulf. I cannot remember exactly where I found them, so just looked it up online.
Second, go get a bunch of grand soul gems and use either a spell or Umbra to get the souls of Golden Saints.
Third, find a bunch of exquisite rings and amulets.
Fourth, go to an enchanter and use the soul gems on the items and set it to increase strength with a constant affect.
Now you should have over 1000 strength... more than enough to carry the weapon and use it to battle. Note that you will not be able to use very heavy armor.
Also, there is a glitch of some sort that gives you a bunch of strength, so if you can find it, use it and you wont have to go through this whole mess. IF you can't, you will just have to cope with light armor.
