Yes, They are two new Fifth Generation Pokemon that are Dark.

Zorua and Zoroark are the Japanese names so the American/English Name is yet to come.

There is a movie featured about them called Phantom Champion Z.

Zorua evolves into Zoroark which means its unlikely that it is legendary.
