What is the best monitor for gaming

I was thinking of maybe Ben-Q. I am looking to play minecraft and CSGO. I was thinking G-Sync/ 144hz, 1ms response. Any ideas? I see there's only like 1 Ben-Q monitor that actually has G-Sync or do they have their own anti-screen tearing technology?
