How do you do speed hack on phosphor beta2

Well I know lots of cheats but I don't know how to make a speed hack...

Step 1: Press the button "~" (bellow the Esc key)

Step2: After that just type the following:
"god" - invincibility
"ghost" - lets you walk through walls
"weapon all get 999999" gives you all weapons and unlimited ammo
"gravity ####" <- type the number (i don't use this because it stuffs up the game for me...
"jumpvelocity" ####" <- by the way don't forget the space on this and gravity... (this will let you jump up to a certain height {I always have it at 1000} and you might want to type 2500 to get out of the pit if you have "god" mode on)
