Who is the strongest in Dragon Ball

Oh boy, this is a tricky one. Or maybe not. Okay, in Dragonball, Goku is. In Dragonball Z, Super Vegito (but if you don't count fusions, then probably Ultimate (or Mystic) Gohan). In Dragonball GT, then SSJ4 Gogeta hands down (but without fusions, Omega Shenron).


Ok, good point, but what about BROLY he washed up Goku and everybody in the legendary super sayian; they were lucky to be alive because without them there would be no dragonball and Gohan in the second coming. I mean he fell into lava, got up then started laughing pissed of yelling Kakarot.

Brolly is good, no question. His power is much higher than a Super Saiyan's. However, I believe it is a little lower than a Super Saiyan 2. Even IF that is not the case, he cannot compete with Super Saiyan 3, let alone Mystic Gohan.
