How do you unlock Sora and Mickey in Kingdom Hearts 358 2 Days

Once every Holo Mission is complete, an item called 'Return Of The King' appears in the Moogle's shop. This unlocks Mickey. If you get 100% on the mission gauge for every mission, you get the 'Sora's Awakening' item, which unlocks Sora.
