Is 512 kbps download and 120 kbps upload good enough for online gaming for ps3 for cod6 mw2 you live in the uae

Yes it's good enough I have 370kbps down and 120kbps upload
and I play fine on MW2 (360 Version)
but on PS3 I play Resistance 2 (60 players)
killzone 2 (32 players)
just fine..hardly any lag..
