Is there a way I can copy all the saved games andcampaigns etc in Age Of Empires 2 and paste them on a different computer and still be able to save and use the saved games

Yes, just copy the contents of the Saved Game director onto a CD or a Jump Drive and then import the contents into the equivalent folder on the new computer.
