What is the best career combinations for characters on World of Warcraft

I skin and farm herbs with one of my toons and have done well at the AH. I also herb and alclemy with another and selling the higher level potions brings in gold (as well as helps my own toon).
Just make sure if you decide to do herbs you pay attention and use the map to find them so you can level as you go. It sucks to go back and level herbalism in low level zones where you get no XP for killing mobs.
