Is it better to practice on your own on single player on Toribash to get good at it or to go online and get good at it

i find it better to practice in single player than on multiplayer, I find that if you go to the otions menu in toribash go to scripts and go to random.lua it makes the game easier to learn and maneuver without losing qi or getting mad.
