Possibly, but it is not confirmed, and it will not be any time soon if it does.

APB will be released on PC only (not 360 as well) sometime in Spring 2010. There have been talks about console versions, but these will not be released until much later, if at all.

If you want to try the game on PC go to www.apb.com where you will be able to sign up for the closed beta. If you get selected you will be able to help test the game in the months leading up to its release.

Also on that website you can follow the links to the podcasts where there are a number of videos some with Q and A sessions about the game.
