Why do people hate Thief Deadly Shadows so much

There are lots of different opinions on Thief Deadly Shadows, the people who do in fact dislike this game compare it to the first 2 games, wheter it's the gameplay itself is less interesting than the previous or level design is worse, many people agree on one thing that ruins the experience of this games are the fairly lengthy loading screens
