What are the best new shooting games

ps3:well the call of duty series and maybe tom clancy games
xbox: the same as above but exclusivly to xbox the halo series is a good buy
PC: well im only into 3rd person shooter and games like them for some examples Sid meier games civcity games and personally i love mount & blade
