Why is fatal frame rated Mature Teen Is there blood or gore Can you turn it off

well i played fatal frame 2 and it wasn't bloody or gorey really, its just the suspence and its sorta scary lol. all you do basically is take pictures of ghosts to make them dissapear, lol.
