How do you get the hourglass in RuneScape

The hourglass was a 2007 Halloween event item, needed towards completing the event.

Howver, this is also in the Recruitment Drive quest, as an "examination" testing patience. Players should not try to pick it up as you will fail the examination and you will have to start all over again.
