You can't. Unless of course we're considering the Cash Shop or the Marketplace. L33T Gamer is an item that you had a chance of getting from the LeXBox, but I don't believe it is available anymore, leaving the Marketplace and Trading your best bet.

Although sometimes there are items available in the Cash Shop where you have a chance of getting items that have already left the Cash Shop, but I'd say your odds are very low.
