How do you get anti form in the drive list in kingdom hearts 2

You don't. It happens randomly. Every time you use a form, one point gets added to a hidden statistic. The higher your points, the higher chance you have of going anti-form when you use a form. When you use your final form, though, it takes away 10 points so you have a lower chance. You also have a higher chance of going anti-form during boss fights and it's even higher during fights against Organization XIII.
