Well, firstly, I'm going to say that for about a year I was seacrching for this game, and the first time I saw this question, I though "Yes! Somone else knows it!" And then it turned out to be an unanswered question. So, now, 6 months later, I finally found the right game and the first thing I did was come to answer this question.
It's called "Sprouts Adventure: Teaser" And it's on Kongregate.
