How do i get to the generator in the cryo labs on mother ship zeta in fallout 3 the teleporter to the cryo storage room is powered down how do i get to cryo storage.

I was stuck in the cryo lab area where
the aliens were experimenting on Elliott's teammates and it said that all of the doors needed a key. I got bored so i killed Elliot and the doors unlocked. but now im stuck in the cryo storage areas cause the teleporter isn't working.
