What do the US do when they have a medcare system that cover every one

The same as in developedcountry's like the Netherlands, France, Australia Switzerland Great Britain Canada to name but a few and some not so developed country's like Cuba. Offer a system where no one is denied medical aid because they cant satify the greed of an insurance company. I live in Australia, No one here has to pay to see a doctor if they chose not to. My medicines are subsidised if I work and free if I don't have any income. If I need an operation as happened to me I get the operation in a public hospital. Admittedly the service is better for those that are privately insured but also a hell of a lot dearer. Lets face it you can afford to spend some of your tax dollars on your own people rather then on the arms lobby who is going to blow it up overseas.
