I don't know all of them, I have been trying to find then all myself but here are the ones I know:

1. You marry Kevin
2. You marry Ian
3. You get a letter that says to meet someone at the park. You go and nobody is there so you leave and then it says the end.
4. You get a lettler saying to meet someone at the park but you decide not to go.
