One way to get a camp kit is by buying Advanced Play/Fantasy Life services, and you get one every Wednesday from that. You can buy them from other players, though, for about 2k-5k gold. However, be aware that camp kits are a one time use. As soon as you log out, if you set up a camp with the kit, it'll be gone.
