Why is it ok to kill adults in video games and unborn kids in real life

Some people enjoy playing action video games and, as long as they understand the difference between the game and real life, there is no harm in simulated violence. And, although I don't see how the two are related, some people need abortions when they don't want to have a baby. In some cases, it's better to end a pregnancy than to let an "unborn kid" ruin the potential for a happy life.
